Where are you located?
Our studio is in High Ridge, MO. Where is that? Less than 10 minutes SW of Fenton, MO. This is where you will have any studio sessions, ordering appointments, and pick up your final prints.

Do you only photograph in the studio?
No, we also offer outdoor, in home, and travel sessions.

Do you do weddings?
No, unfortunately not at this time. I do know some great wedding photographers if you need recommendations.

How does it all work?
First, look around to see what we offer. After you fall in love with us and are ready to schedule your session give us a call at 314-498-1547.
Have your credit card ready as we do require your session fee to be paid at time of booking.

Second, we will have a consultation approximately one week prior to your session. This can be done in the studio, your home, or over the phone. This consultation allows us to get to know each other and for me to find out what you are envisioning for your perfect portrait needs.

Third, we will have your session! Remember we offer studio and on location sessions. We will determine this when we have your consultation.

And lastly, we will have your viewing and ordering session approximately one week later. This will be done in at our studio. Enjoy some snacks and refreshments as we view a slideshow of your portraits projected on a large screen. At this appointment we will go through and choose your final portraits. I will be able to answer any questions and assist with your purchase. All decision makers will need to be present at this session. If another ordering session is required there is an additional charge.

3 Sessions? How long will this all take?
Your consultation is very quick. Usually only about 15 minutes. But, once in while my clients and I have been know to start chatting for a while once we start getting to know one another.
Your portrait session time depends on which session is scheduled. Newborn sessions can take up to 3 or 4 hours to allow for feeding, diaper changes, soothing, and trying to get those sleepy shots. Maternity, family, and child sessions take 30 to 60 minutes on average. Sometimes it does require more time to get children to feel comfortable and relaxed. However, some children require us to move quickly before they are “just done!” Either way it is my goal to capture each moment with excellence. Senior session times depend on the session scheduled. Your viewing and ordering session typically takes 60 to 90 minutes. Please plan accordingly.

Will I get proofs of my images?
We do not offer printed proofs. With today’s digital technology it is unbelievable how much more enjoyable it is to see your images projected on the large screen.

Do you offer online galleries?
Online galleries are available after your order has been placed and paid for in full. Only the images you have purchased will be available to view online. We do offer online galleries to our School Picture and out of town clients.

What if I don’t like my pictures?
Well hopefully this does not happen! But, if for any reason you are not happy with your images at your viewing session we will re-shoot your session or refund your money. We want you to be 100% satisfied!

After I have placed my order, when will my prints be in?
After your order is paid in full I will begin processing your images for final print. This takes approximately two weeks to process, send to the lab, and allow me to inspect the prints. Some items such as albums and books take longer. We will call you when your order is ready to be picked up.
